About us

First Aid For Life was established in August 2000 in response to the growing demand for a professional approach to first aid & pre hospital training programmes.

All our courses are delivered by experienced medical or pre-hospital practitioners with a wealth of field experience, (they haven’t just read it in the book), which we bring to all our courses without distracting the class with war stories or tales of heroism. Professional instructors with a diploma in adult education, who listen to the client needs and evolve each course to suit client needs and encapsulate all class members, both experienced and beginners.
When they are not teaching they are out saving lives with the Ambulance, Fire or Mountain Rescue Services or plucking patients from the jaws of death in a Resus room, in the local hospital.

This is exactly why our clients return to us year after year and why our business has grown over the past decade and why it will continue to grow into the next decade.

Our Guarantee

You can be sure of a pleasant learning experience, in a clean, safe & hygenic environment, with no shortage of training equipment.

At First Aid For Life we pride ourselves on our equipment maintaince programme.

All equipment is fully cleaned and sterilised (repaired/replaced), after each course.

Each student is provided with a personal CPR manikin for the duration of the course. They are also provided with a CPR pocket mask which is theirs to keep.

Students will work in pairs, so we also provide 1 AED training unit and 1 First Aid Training Kit between every 2 students. This ensures that there is no waiting around for equipment and students can practice over and over again. We also insist that each student use the hand sanitising gel provided.
